Monash Green was a really memorable project for Edgepoint Homes.

It was a 65-lot development and would be the first time we built triple storey dwellings. Not only was this going to be a new challenge for us, but we had a particularly tight time frame to accomplish the desired result and deliver a complex product at large scale to our client.

This was a project where you could say the team really came together and exemplified what we believe in and stand for at Edgepoint Homes.

After careful preparation, a lot of logistical planning and oversight, we’re proud to say Edgepoint Homes was able to deliver a quality product within 13 months from start to finish and the project even went on to win a UDIA award.
