Another great planning outcome for our client!

We are pleased to share that planning approval has been granted for a two-dwelling development at 1 Tandara Court, Chadstone by Monash City Council.

The permit allows for the construction of two double-storey dwellings, replacing the existing single dwelling on the site.

This project involved careful planning and design to ensure the proposal responded positively to the neighbourhood character while meeting the requirements of the Monash Planning Scheme and ResCode standards. The development provides:
- Two contemporary double-storey homes
- Functional layouts with quality private open space
- Integrated car parking and landscaping
- Sustainable storm water management and energy-efficient design
