A heater replacement that made a real difference.

The final photo shows the cracked heat exchanger we discovered during a service. Our testing confirmed it was producing a carbon monoxide leak, making the heater unsafe to operate.

To keep our customer safe, we:
✔️ Removed the old heater
✔️ Installed a brand new Kaden ducted gas heater
✔️ Fitted a new wall controller
✔️ Fully tested and commissioned the system

Carbon monoxide is colourless and odourless, which is why regular servicing is so important. Faults like this often aren’t visible until the heater is professionally inspected.
