Our Story

Hello and Welcome to Quantum Homes.

Quantum Homes initially began as a drafting company, designing homes and producing working drawings for owner builders and volume builders alike.

Quantum Homes commenced designing homes in 1973. After 19 years of designing homes and producing precise working drawings, we developed the technical skills and ability to begin constructing homes in our own right.

In 1992 Quantum Homes began constructing homes. It was fulfilling to see our designs develop from customer’s thoughts and requirements into a fully functional set of working drawings, but then to continue that into the building phase was thrilling. We now were able to continue to work with customers to build their new home and see the end result. It is an amazing feeling standing out the front of a newly completed home having been involved in every aspect of it, beginning from client concept right through to design and construction.
