Had a small break from the socials of the last few weeks but that doesn't mean the work stops.

Bathroom renovations, decks, internal renovations on 100 year old homes, I am really enjoying the range of work we get to complete for our clients.

Always a busy week before a long weekend trying to fit 5 days work into 4. Lots ticked off this week setting us up nicely for the week ahead.

Work completed this week...

- Tecoma bathroom frame finished and plastered
- Emerald staircase re built
- Tecoma subfloor joists supported
- Belgrave deck builds started and set out for excavation on Monday

Excited for the next few months leading up to Christmas with some great projects to get over the line.

Belgrave verandah restoration - what a difference some merbau and stainless steel wire makes!

I was lucky enough to be able to take a week off with the family last week and have the boys finish this one off.

Very fortunate to have & .overton_ who can finish a project with this sort of quality while I am away. Great job boys.

Introducing our Brunswick West bathroom renovation.

A challenging project with bowed brick walls, matching an 80 year old render profile and a subfloor dig out and re-build.

Absolutely thrilled with the result! A huge thanks to all our trades for the hard work on this one.

A thoughtful design by tying in nicely to the existing home whilst keeping the clients future needs in mind.

With engineered floorboards being the go to these days it has been great to teach the boys the art of patching tongue and groove floorboards.

We removed original floorboards from a bedroom and laundry and cut them in where an internal wall was removed a few months ago.

Passing this skill onto the next generation of carpenters 😁

A collection of before and after photos at our Mansfield framing project.

We love it when I plan comes together. Already an incredible transformation on this kitchen, living and dining space.

2 more days of work to get the floor patched and walls straightened and we will be ready for rough in's.

Thanks to the boys for their hard work- not easy working away from home and having to be away from our families.
