High-volume fulfilment demands precision, control, and system reliability.

The Conveyor Logistics team designed, manufactured, and installed a multi-level conveyor system in Sydney, built to perform under peak operating conditions.

The solution incorporates:
- Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) roller conveyor
- 90-degree transfers for controlled product flow
- A powered spiral conveyor enabling efficient carton transfer between levels
- Ergonomic pick and pack benches to support operator efficiency

Built to maximise available space, reduce touchpoints, and maintain consistent, high-throughput performance under peak operating conditions.

This conveyor scope formed a key component of a broader warehouse project delivered in collaboration with the Dexion Nepean Storage Solutions automation team.

From design through to commissioning, delivered by a unified team effort.

Last week, from the 22nd to 24th of July, Conveyor Logistics exhibited at CeMAT AUSTRALIA 2025, and what an event it was!

Over three days, we connected with warehouse managers, logistics professionals, business leaders and existing clients to discuss real-world challenges and showcase our warehouse automation solutions.
