Today we finished a small bathroom renovation in Spotswood for one of our repeat clients. Really love how it all came together. Big thanks to all of our trades. As apart of this renovation we installed a cavity slider to the entrance and removed the old linen closet, underfloor heating, walk in shower, heated towel rails, recessed shaving cabinet, shower nib shelf, we added a toilet (originally there was no toilet) with full height tiles and a herringbone feature wall.

Some finished photos of our Pascoe vale kitchen renovation. After removing the load bearing wall behind the old kitchen we were able to create an open plan kitchen/dining room. Wrapped with how this job turned out. As usual a huge thanks to our team of expert trades.

Some progress shots from our Pascoe Vale job. Old sunroom has now had the floor raised to match the same height as the rest of the house, new solid hardwood floors installed, some windows and doors installed, new weatherboards installed and today we had kitchen cabinets installed. Can’t wait to see what this new space looks like in another week or so.

Been a few huge days out at our Pascoe Vale site. We have removed the old small kitchen as well as removing the old external load bearing wall that was separating the kitchen/sunroom. Steel columns and beams have been installed, new opening for a large sliding door made, electrical and plumbing rough in’s done and today we had plaster. Amazing what removing a wall can do to a space. Next week we’ll be doing new solid timber flooring and kitchen cabinet installation. Interested in renovating you home or extending send us a DM.

The structural work has now been completed out at our Langwarrin job. We moved the load bearing walls where the fridge used to be, installed a new steel beam to carry the load as well as poured new pad footings. With the space now opened up it’s time to start the kitchen renovation.

All the structural works now completed at our Altona Meadows job. Old kitchen and all the load bearing walls have now been removed, structural steel installed now it’s time for to come in and begin their transformation. The boys did a cracking a job getting it all done in a matter of days. For reference the main steel beam weighed in at a massive 490kg and almost 6.5lm in length. We’ll show some updates as the job progresses.

Been a busy few days out at our Gisborne site. We are installing a 5.4m sliding door so the owners can take advantage of the sensational view they have. Temporary stud wall was installed so we could safely install the steel beam nominated by the engineer, once it was approved by the building surveyor we could then remove it to showcase the view. Introducing the newest member to the Agile Building Group team. With this addition we’re now able to take on a larger scope of works. We also have a few augers and a trailer on the way. Can’t wait to get out on the road and get some hours on the machine.
