🏆 WE’RE FINALISTS!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Outwest Concrete has been named a finalist in the 2026 Wyndham Business Awards – Business Resilience category.

This one means a lot to us.

Building a business is never a straight road. There have been challenges, tough decisions, long days and plenty of lessons along the way. But through it all, we’ve continued to adapt, invest, improve and keep moving forward.

Most importantly, we’ve had a great team of people beside us.

This recognition belongs to the entire Outwest team. From our drivers and plant operators through to our operations and office teams, it’s the hard work, commitment and pride of our people that has made Outwest what it is today.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our customers, suppliers and industry partners who have supported us and grown alongside us over the years.

Being recognised for Business Resilience makes us especially proud because it represents something we believe strongly in:

Introducing OUTWEST ONECURE

Today marks a major milestone for Outwest Concrete.

For years, we've been searching for the right solution to help manage our business. We looked at countless software platforms, but none truly suited the way Outwest operates.

Then we realised something...

We already had the data. Trucks with tablets. Live batching information. CRM. Customer records. Mix designs. Quality testing. Safety. Compliance. Fleet. Finance.

The challenge wasn't collecting the information.

The challenge was connecting it.

So, instead of changing our business to fit someone else's software, we created OUTWEST ONECURE—a connected platform built around the way Outwest Concrete works.

ONECURE brings together our operations, fleet management, staffing, customer information, concrete mix designs, quality testing, compliance, reporting and business intelligence into one place.

We're currently in the early stages of live operational testing, but everything is heading in the right direction. Every week we're refining, improving and adding new functionality as we continue to build a smarter, more connected business.

This isn't about replacing people with technology.

It's about giving our team better information, better visibility and better tools to make smarter decisions and continue delivering the service our customers expect.

While the vision came from our team at Outwest, this project wouldn't have been possible without Kelly from Appademic.

From day one, Kelly has shared our vision and tackled every challenge with a simple attitude:

"Let's work out how to make it happen."

Nothing ever seemed too hard. Her professionalism, creativity, responsiveness and commitment have been outstanding, and she has become a genuine extension of the Outwest team.

Celebrating a Sustainable Step Forward at Outwest Concrete 🌱

Our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for the Earthwise Ready Mix Concrete range has officially been published.

This independently verified EPD provides transparent environmental data to help builders, developers, councils and infrastructure partners make more informed, sustainable decisions.

A big thank you to Sustainability Victoria and Impaq HQ for their support throughout this journey, and to our team, customers and suppliers who continue to drive innovation.

This is an exciting step forward, and we're committed to continuing the development of lower-carbon concrete solutions for a more sustainable construction industry.
