🏗️ Verti-Block provides a retaining solution for The Grove Retirement Village expansion in the ACT.

Located within the historic Gold Creek Homestead Precinct, the $80 million development included 45 new independent living villas and a 124-bed residential aged care facility.

To accommodate the expansion across the site’s undulating 4.8-hectare landscape, a retaining wall system was required to create stable, level building platforms. Verti-Block was selected to construct multiple retaining walls throughout the site, providing the strength and flexibility needed to deliver this community project.
