Site visits - Things don't always go to plan, when they don't I've learnt over the years its better to get the consultants that have designed & drawn the plans out to site to inspect exactly whats happening and point you in the right direction - Way to many times you get caught out doing what you think is best for the client or yourself only to have to redo the entire task again and get them out anyway ! No good deed goes unpunished.
