Robogals Monash Robogals Monash is part of a global, not-for-profit network that aims to encourage more young women

Robogals Monash is a not-for-profit, student-run organization that aims to encourage more young women to pursue STEM career opportunities, with a particular focus on engineering. We do this by running robotics workshops for Year 3-12 students at schools and at Monash University. Our EV3 Lego Mindstorms robotics workshops endeavour to provide students with an understanding of what engineering entai

ls through presentations and set interactive programming tasks designed to encourage problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Our volunteers are equipped with professional development opportunities that have a focus on strengthening communication and leadership skills, and have a chance to apply for committee, regional and global roles within the organisation.

As a student team dedicated to empowering the next generation of engineers and STEM enthusiasts, it was inspiring to connect with both engineering and non-engineering university students who are eager to volunteer with Robogals. 💛
