Today at LSR Construction we’re on-site at 217 Separation St, Northcote, working in partnership with Time & Place. ⁠
⁠
The project involves delivering a self-storage facility within the existing single-storey sawtooth warehouse, including offices, amenities, car parking, loading areas, and landscaping.⁠
⁠
Works are progressing well, with mezzanine installation underway, electrical rough in, concrete works and roof replacement reaching its final stages, we’re now nearing completion. Stay tuned.

Solid progress being made at 128 Paramount Blvd, Derrimut!⁠

Internal framing and cladding are well underway on this 5,000 sqm cool room and freezer facility, complete with a two-storey office sitting right in the heart of Derrimut's industrial precinct. Big things are taking shape and we're locked in for a July completion. Stay tuned!
