The Role
Our businesses are growing at a rapid pace and requires a disciplined and organised bookkeeper to bring structure and visibility to the accounts.
You must have excellent navigation of MYOB, and a solid understanding of best practice bookkeeping structures and reporting.
Duties include
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Complete payroll cycle
• BAS, PAYG and IAS requirements
• Job costing and tracking
• Prepare monthly payroll, entitlements, superannuation and tax
payments
• Process and prepare reports/invoices for all entities in MYOB
• Manage travel arrangements
• Manage staff compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lodge monthly superannuation payments and industry entitlement
payments
This role is 50% Bookkeeping, 30% Office Admin & 20% Sales and Marketing. Full Time position, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Kensington VIC 3031 Family friendly hours will be negotiated for the right candidate.
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate the following professional competencies:-
• Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
• MYOB qualification or demonstrable skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook
• Excellent phone manner

Desirable Criteria:
• Familiarity in Construction Industry payroll requirements including
EBA and Award
• Experience in a service type business preferably construction or
trade based
• Certificate III in either Administration or Business
