Big things are happening at Barra Steel!
We're excited to announce the arrival of our new AORE M36 Tube Laser Cutting Machine.
Featuring a 12kW laser, bevel cutting head, and automatic loading and unloading, this machine significantly expands our tube and structural steel processing capabilities. It can process material up to 360mm in diameter and lengths up to 12 metres in and 12 metres out, helping us deliver high-quality steel fabrication, faster and more efficiently.
We're looking forward to putting it to work and sharing some of the projects in the coming months.

A big upgrade has arrived!

Our new M Series three-chuck heavy-duty tube laser cutting machine is officially being installed. Designed for high-precision tube processing, increased efficiency, and improved material utilisation, this is another step forward in expanding our manufacturing capabilities.

Check out this timelapse of the setup process.
A lot of work goes into bringing new technology online, and we're excited to see it in action soon.
