Nestled just 29 kilometers north of the CBD, the Five Vineyard winery is a masterpiece that beautifully intertwines architectural finesse with the art of winemaking. This meticulously designed establishment stands as a tribute to the world of wine, offering a harmonious blend of elements that highlight the true essence of viniculture.

In collaboration with visionary architect Ewert Leaf, Jfk Interiors Australia had the privilege to be part of this remarkable project. Together, we crafted an architectural marvel that captures the vineyard's vision and pays homage to the intricate craftsmanship behind their exceptional wines.

From the inviting ambiance of the Cellar Door to the culinary delights of the 70-person restaurant, each corner of the Five Vineyard winery tells a story of dedication, passion, and artistry. A stylish event space with seating for 100, a subterranean basement cellar, and thoughtfully designed guest amenity lounges – all come together to create an unforgettable experience.

At the heart of this architectural masterpiece lies our exceptional work, as we meticulously crafted bespoke joinery items that transform spaces into functional works of art. Acoustic DJ storage cupboards, a custom long bar and island bench, island drink serveries, a function bar, terrace bar, and a range of custom bench seats – each piece carrying the essence of artisanal dedication.

Materials meld seamlessly to create a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic, with New Age Veneers Navurban Diamond Box Wood product taking center stage, bridging the past and present.

🔨 We're excited to share our successful collaboration with builder Hacer in providing exceptional commercial joinery for Xero's new Melbourne Headquarters! This project showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality joinery solutions for complex office spaces, solidifying our position as a market leader.

🏢 Designed and built during the pandemic, Xero's HQ spans over 7000 sqm across four levels, with a focus on activity-based working. The space prioritizes employee wellbeing and productivity, offering collaborative spaces, webinar suites, and an indoor garden—a nod to makeshift home offices during lockdowns.

🛠️ Our joinery team played a crucial role in bringing the design to life, delivering on support of the design intent to enhance employee wellbeing and fostering a sense of community. Local artists, Carla McRae, Clemens Habicht, and Ryhia Dank all added bespoke murals for a touch of artistry and individuality.

🌱 Sustainability was a key focus, aligning with Xero's commitments. We repurposed furniture and technology, minimizing waste and landfill impact. We partnered with Idle Architecture Studio, Podia, Facilitate, and Hacer, ensuring a seamless process that reflects Xero's vision and values.

We are excited to announce the recent completion of the Dentsu Office Fit-Out commercial joinery project in partnership with Buildcorp. Jfk Interiors Australia was engaged to deliver custom joinery works for the new Dentsu office fit-out located in the heart of Melbourne, based on the designs of leading architectural firm, Hot Black.

The multi-level project includes an impressive 20-person boardroom, immersive meeting rooms with open cell feature ceilings, and a high-end client breakout space with a bar, kitchen, and podium. Jfk Interiors was responsible for creating custom lockers, an operable wall to add flexibility to the meeting rooms, and an extensive variety of custom joinery pieces throughout the space.

Our team worked seamlessly with the other contractors on site, sharing access to ensure the project was delivered on time and budget. We are proud to have played a part in bringing the vision of Hot Black to life and to have delivered a beautiful and functional space for Dentsu.
