The Amara 33 has now moved from lock-up into fit-off, where the transformation truly begins. Walls become living spaces, rooms begin to tell a story, and a construction site starts feeling like a future home.

Every detail from this point forward matters. From cabinetry and flooring to lighting, painting and final finishes, it's the stage where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail bring a family's vision to life.

Big milestone on this one.

As we progress through rough-in and about to move into plaster internally — where the home really starts to take shape. You can feel the shift from construction to something that’s starting to look like a finished space.

Externally, we’re about to begin installing the James Hardie Linea Weatherboards — one of the key design features of this home. Clean lines, strong shadowing, and a finish that will completely define the street presence.

This is the stage where good planning shows.
Everything behind the walls is locked in.
Now it’s about bringing the vision to life.
