Through the 2026 BHP Xplor program, we are exploring where future opportunities may lie in South Africa's Northern Cape beyond our Prieska Copper Zinc Mine and Okiep Copper Project. This is part of our long-term strategy to build a pipeline of projects.

We are moving forward across our Northern Cape portfolio in South Africa.

CEO and MD Anthony Lennox shares progress on the Glencore transaction which will take our Prieska Copper Zinc Mine into ex*****on, our recent capital raise, and the work underway at our Okiep Copper Project. He also touches on BHP Xplor and how it supports Orion’s broader exploration pipeline.

Congratulations to Bicycles for Humanity Western Australia (Bicycles for Humanity (WA)) on your 15th anniversary!

Five years ago, Bicycles for Humanity WA donated 420 pre-owned bicycles to the host communities of our flagship Prieska Copper Zinc Mine in South Africa's Northern Cape. This sparked the Scholar Mobility Project which provided bikes to nine schools. Learners went from walking kilometres to school - often late and exhausted - to arriving early and ready to learn.

Thanks Bicycles for Humanity WA, we are proud to have been part of your first 15 years.

📢 We are pleased to share that we have secured strong support for a $15.4m (R181m) capital raise as we move forward with our transition from explorer to copper producer.

The funds will support our key Northern Cape copper projects:
🔵 Prieska Copper Zinc Mine: Continuing early works at the Uppers section of the mine, including dewatering and site works progress while we progress final steps on the Glencore financing facility.
🔵 Okiep Copper Project: Advancing drilling, optimisation studies and site works, following recent high-grade results.

Shout out to our Exploration team! The highly anticipated lab results for the first drill hole of our 2026 campaign at the Flat Mines East prospect (part of our Okiep Copper Project) are now in. They confirm the team’s earlier visual observations: High-grade copper mineralisation continues below the area already included in our current resource.

This grows our understanding of the Flat Mines area, where drilling is helping to refine targets, test extensions and support our future planning. It highlights why the district remains such an important part of our strategy.

Our latest drilling at the Okiep Copper Project (OCP) shows signs of copper below the area already mapped in the area we call Flat Mines East.

This is encouraging because it suggests there may be more copper deeper underground.

Lab results are expected in about three weeks, and drilling is continuing as Orion builds a clearer picture of the Flat Mines area.

Our journey with BHP Xplor 2026 continued last week in Adelaide, Australia.

John Paul Hunt, Executive: Exploration, and Marcus Birch, Executive: Sustainability & Business Support, took part in the latest 2026 BHP Xplor workshops together with other companies. These focused on practical learning, new ideas and building connections. A highlight of the week was a visit to BHP’s Olympic Dam, one of the world’s major copper-producing mines.

BHP Xplor is a global program that supports companies working to find the minerals needed for a cleaner and more sustainable future. We are proud to be the only South African company among the 11 selected for the 2026 program.

For us, the program helps us keep building our exploration knowledge and skills. This is important as we continue learning more about the mineral potential in and around our projects.

We released our March 2026 Quarterly Activities Report today.

Here are some of the highlights:
• Prieska Copper Zinc Mine (PCZM): Glencore financing expected to be completed by end Q2 2026. Ex*****on readiness advancing.
• Okiep Copper Project: Optimisation activities underway, including dewatering and drilling.
• BHP Xplor 2026 program participation
• The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC) agreed to convert its loan into equity, becoming a long‑term partner at PCZM.
