Now here is the perfect example of care factor zero. This is why we insist that beams are dug prior to screw pile installation. Builder and concretor insisted that piles go in first against our advice, Concretor then follows to dig beams and prep slab. Careless and unaccountable machine operator then causes all this damage to the piles. So who is liable now? Extra screw piles now required to fix this f__k up and at whose cost?
