On the weekend, Tangaroa Blue showcased their new bins made by Megara at the Ultimate Fishing Expo

Tangaroa Blue Foundation is an Australia-wide not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the removal and prevention of marine debris: one of the major environmental issues worldwide.

Under their Rig Recycle program, Tangaroa Blue are rolling out 60 recycling bins at fishing clubs and retail outlets. Items that can be deposited in the bins include tackle, lines, hooks, lures and sinkers that are broken or not wanted. Items in good condition will be repaired and donated to charities, while the rest will be recycled and used to create new fishing equipment.

The Rig Recycle bins were designed and made on-site by Megara using the PROMEG® Ecorange®.

After joining forces with earlier this year, we were excited to get creative with our first collaborative project; an expo stand created using our combined product range.

Our first showcase together was the Australian Bulk Handling Expo Handling Expo 2022 held Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in August.

Together we built everything on the stand from benches, counters, and signage, through to our new promotional give away Swatch Trucks which feature both or our signature sheet ranges.

In early 2021, Sigma Healthcare put out the call POS display designers and producers to create a long lasting FSDU for multiple brands using locally sourced and sustainable materials.

Combining a thorough understanding of creating bespoke retail displays with a strong history formulating new materials for the evolving retail display space in Australia, Megara had all the credentials for this project.

Last week at in Brisbane, we created these beautiful little pot plant holder give away's for our partners ‘s expo stand...complete with succulent and drip tray!

This living gift was a fantastic way to entice people to the stand and engage in conversation.

The pot-plant holders were made from . KERBECO®is made from 50% waste like milk bottles that are discarded in kerbside recycling bins.

All KERBECO® products that have reached the end of their lives are invited to be brought back to for recycling, re-pelletised and made into products for tomorrow

This iconic display designed by the Industrial Designers at Megara with in 2015 is still a popular Easter display today 🙌

BACKGROUND: Egg bag sales had fallen due to poor visibility and representation in store. The aim was to increase visibility of Egg bags in-store among the congestion of other Easter products. Made almost entirely from 100% recyclable Polypropylene, 10 quick assemble bins make up the base with 6 bins on a second tier. This unit assembles in 10 minutes and holds approximately 400kg of product. The cylindrical design makes shopping form 360 degrees.
