We were thrilled to receive a Special Commendation for Best Renovation/Addition Over $1M at the Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards last week. ‘Deco House’ saw the transformation of a quaint Art Deco house into a dream ‘forever home’ for young and growing family.

A large single storey extension made way for a for a stunning new Kitchen, Living and Dining spaces that are flooded with natural light courtesy of two oversized skylights and expansive glazed sliding doors that connect to immaculately landscaped back yard, inclusive of swimming pool and al fresco dining area.

The front of the house was beautifully restored with original cornices and ceiling roses from c.1930’s preserved to ensure the house’s original charm was not lost.

A huge thankyou to all consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for helping with the delivery of this memorable project, with a special mention to Steve & Felipe from CeraStribley.
And last but not least, a huge thankyou to Nathan & Alex for putting their trust in us and being dream clients throughout the whole journey.
