Asahi Super Dry Australia HQ, Southbank.

After a decade on Queensbridge Street, Asahi Beverages has a new home overlooking the Yarra.

Designed by DIFFERENT AS USUAL, five floors are brought together around a central social hub. Cork Wise flooring flows throughout, adding warmth against the sculptural steel and high-gloss finishes of the reception area, carrying through to the bar, tasting space, breakout spaces, and lounges.

Club AM:PM, Hawthorn East.

Things really heat up at Club AM:PM, with the hot mat studio reaching a toasty 34°C. It's the kind of environment where cork really proves its performance, balancing natural insulation and moisture resistance with antimicrobial properties. A plus for when pilates gets sweaty.

Wellness is inherent in cork. It's an earthy, grounding material with a natural springiness that cushions each step and tactile grip for added stability. Its acoustic qualities also help soften sound for a calmer sensory experience.
