McCrae 〰️ Townhouse Development
One site, designed to add 2 new townhouses whilst retaining the existing rear dwelling — a 3 dwelling development that makes the most of every m2.
For this design and build, our goal was to maximise the site’s assets without compromising what was already there. Designed and built with modern, low-maintenance exterior materials selected for longevity — and cohesive interiors with two distinct tones.
Townhouse 1 features soft, earthy greens, while Townhouse 2 leans into moody navy blues. Profiled joinery and vertical feature tiles complete the look in both.
