Recently completed a refresh of an existing medical consulting suite in East Melbourne to prepare the space for a new tenant.

Novi originally delivered the fit-out of this suite several years ago and was recently engaged again to undertake alteration works ahead of re-occupation.

Scope included flooring replacement, repainting, services checks and general upgrades to ensure the suite was ready for handover.

Much of our work in medical environments is not just new fit-outs, but supporting existing tenancies through change of occupancy and ongoing upgrades.

It’s always satisfying to return to a project years later and see it continue to perform well — and to support clients through the next phase of occupancy.

Hughsdale Update.

Novi team back in today. Painting today and tomorrow, and final cleaning Monday.

Project consisted of the following:

1. Full strip out of two level premises
2. Re purpose glass wall from down stairs to upstairs including new plaster walls, painting existing walls.
3. Down stairs required strip out only for Pilates studio tenant to do their own fitout. Required handover by 1st October
4. Re wire premise for two tenancy metering, so upstairs and down stairs on seperae electrical metering.
5. Installation of new electrical switchboard, lights, gpo's to upstairs, and relocation of electrical metering panels for current compliances.
6. Installation of new exit and emergency lighting to comply with current regulations.
7. Installation of new carpet tiles to upstairs
8. Painting and cleaning.
9. Relocation of office and radio studio, whilst operational for minimum disruption.

Monday completion so 2 days early from our clients needs. Project completed in just under 2 weeks with out of hours work to keep the business operating during the works.

Job consists of driveway slab, bin storage area, permeable concrete footpaths and crossover and foot path to front of site.

Boys will start after the long weekend.

7 townhouses being constructed with completion almost there.

Existing office relocated upstairs with new construction of glass walls, carpet and painting and electrical for the Greek radio station and Jet Oils head office.
