On 1 July 2007, Novasys Group Pty Ltd merged operations with Hi-Shear Equipment Pty Ltd. Hi-Shear Equipment was established in 1993 and is
well known in Australia as a specialist supplier to the surface coatings industry and has an excellent reputation for both the quality of the products supplied and the service to its customers. The product ranges of both companies were very complementary. The merger of the two companies provided operational benefits and a synergy that has enhanced the level of service and support already provided by the companies separately.
