Flemington Renovation

A few finished shots from one of our recent renovation projects.
A pretty unique one, with plenty of detail throughout — retaining the existing exposed timber structure while introducing a completely new kitchen.
The kitchen features terrazzo stone throughout the benchtops and island.
Really happy with how all the old and new details came together on this one.

Character kept. Problems gone.

Period homes are full of charm, and full of the things that make people nervous about renovating: old structure, hidden surprises, and the fear of losing what made you fall in love with the place.

In this Flemington renovation, the timber ceiling and period windows stay the hero, while the kitchen and living spaces now work for how the family lives today.

Renovations often hide surprises behind the walls. 🏠💧 We're uncovering moisture issues in our Ferny Creek project, highlighting the importance of upfront investigations to avoid costly surprises later. 💡

Progress on site in Croydon.

Jeremy takes us through one of our current projects as plastering wraps up and details like the arched doorways and skylights start to take shape.

It’s still a work in progress, but you can already see how the spaces will connect and how much natural light will come through once complete.

We’re looking forward to sharing more as this project continues.
