St Ferrer Building Contractors

The before and after photos show the transformation, but some of the most important work can’t be seen.

Alongside the new kitchen, fresh paint and furniture, we were also:

▪ re-levelling parts of the house so doors could open and close smoothly
▪ adding a power point in the kitchen so Angelina could boil the kettle without using an extension cord
▪ installing two new toilets
▪ reconfiguring the laundry cupboard and installing a new washing machine and dryer, donated by The Good Guys

This is what can’t be captured, but this is what a home needs.

40 partners asked how they could help.

On Impact Build Day, that support became more than 80 people working across Angelina’s home, side by side, for 11.5 hours.

Trades gave their time. Suppliers contributed materials and equipment. People stepped into whatever needed to be done, all with the same goal of making the biggest possible difference for Angelina and her family.

The scale of what was achieved in one day would not have been possible without that generosity.

To every one of our Impact Partners, thank you for backing the idea and helping turn a simple exterior refurbishment into a whole-home transformation.

We’ll recognise all 40 Impact Partners in the comments below.

Full Impact Build wrap-up and documentary coming soon.

There’s so much behind this photo.

We can’t wait to share the story of The St Ferrer Impact Build 2026 with you.

St Ferrer welcomed a special guest on site and in the office last week.

The show shines a light on the people and businesses helping to keep Australia building, with our feature set to air on Channel 9 early next year.

A great day in front of the cameras, with more to share before the episode goes to air.
