We’re proud to launch The St Ferrer Impact Build 2026.

This July, St Ferrer will support one Melbourne family experiencing significant hardship by providing a fully funded home refurbishment at no cost to them.

The work will focus on external refurbishment, with internal improvements considered where feasible.

Delivered in one day, the project will bring together our staff, trades and industry partners to create meaningful change to the everyday life of someone in need.

This initiative follows several years of fundraising for important causes and marks a new way for St Ferrer to give back.

Over the years, St Ferrer has proudly supported organisations and initiatives creating meaningful change across Victoria.

From raising funds for young people experiencing homelessness through Sleep at the ‘G, to supporting breast cancer research, mental health awareness, veterans’ wellbeing, and education around preventing violence against women.

These causes reflect something we take seriously.

To contribute to purpose-driven social initiatives that help people and communities thrive.

Now, we’re preparing to take that commitment one step further.

Our team has successfully delivered cladding remediation works on a 4-level residential building in St Kilda, with upgrades carried out across all four sides of the property.

Over 14 weeks, we utilised a combination of scaffolding, crane lifts, and scissor lifts to safely access and remediate the building’s exterior.

On every project, St Ferrer prioritises keeping residents informed and delivering on schedule to minimise disruption.

A closer look inside RMIT University's newly transformed flexible learning space.

Delivered by St Ferrer in partnership with Carter Studio, this lecture theatre has been reimagined to support the way education is delivered today.

Education is evolving, and the spaces we learn in need to evolve with it.

St Ferrer partnered with Carter Studio to deliver the conversion of an RMIT University Lecture Theatre at the City campus, transforming an existing space into a future-focused flexible learning space.

Featuring a three-tiered layout, the theatre has been designed to enhance student engagement and support both in-person and hybrid learning. With a fully integrated AV lectern, LED display, and multiple screens throughout, every student has clear visibility and connection to the content.

St Ferrer delivered the project over an accelerated 7-week programme during the summer break.

Students and educators have returned to a space purpose-built for modern education.

That’s why our team recently completed our annual CPR and First Aid training, led by Nat from The First Aid People.

Our team is equipped with practical, hands-on knowledge that can make a real difference when it counts. Safety never ends; it’s something St Ferrer actively invests in.

What does it take to transform an office without disrupting a single workday?

For this office fitout in the heart of Melbourne, it came down to a streamlined Design & Construct approach and a staged delivery.

From the outset, St Ferrer worked closely with our client to manage both design and delivery, allowing for faster decision-making and a more coordinated programme. The works were carefully staged around daily operations, with the majority completed after hours and during a holiday shutdown.

Working within the existing layout, the fitout included new carpet, workstations, furniture, and acoustic panelling, along with targeted upgrades to finishes, joinery, and services.

A functional, upgraded workspace delivered while keeping business running as usual – that’s how we build experience.

Delivering improved workplaces across regional Victoria.

St Ferrer recently completed the fitout of a Department of Education office in Hamilton, refurbishing an existing workspace to support modern operational needs.

The project delivered:
▪ 30 workstations
▪ 3 meeting rooms
▪ A dedicated communications room
▪ A common meals area and wellness room

Works also included painting, building services upgrades, the installation of security systems with fob access, and new furniture, joinery, blinds and glazing treatments.

The result is a practical and contemporary workplace designed to support day-to-day operations.

Happy St. Ferrer Day for the 5th of April! A day to recognise our team and remember Saint Vincent Ferrer, the patron saint of builders.
