Today is National Tradies Day, so the Alpha team decided to celebrate with a sausage sizzle... for the team and for our customers dropping by to pickup their orders.

We all love a Bunnings sausage… but we reckon ours might be better.
“But Alpha,” we hear you say, “you can’t beat the Bunnings sausage.”
Oh, but we can.
You see, the Alpha team will take just about any excuse to put on a hot lunch with great food, and we don't do it by halves. Plenty of snags, plenty of toppings, plenty of sauce and, most importantly, a good excuse for everyone to get together.
So if any sausage is going to give the Bunnings snag a run for its money, it’s the Alpha sausage.

Happy National Tradies Day to all the hardworking tradies out there. Enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend, hopefully with something good on the BBQ.

A great reminder of why we do what we do.

It’s always rewarding to receive positive feedback, but more importantly, to know that the work our team puts in every day is making a genuine difference for our customers.

For contractors and installers, reliable service, clear communication and quality products aren’t just nice to have, they help keep projects moving and teams on schedule.

Thank you Adrian at A.G. Coombs for the great shout out and continued support. Our customers’ success is our success, and we’re proud to play our part in supporting the work they do.

Today our team gathered around for R U OK? Day, to enjoy some sweets.

Looking out for each other is part of the culture we want to build every day. Work gets busy, deadlines move quickly, and we don’t always know what someone else might be dealing with outside of work.

That’s why taking the time to check in, listen and be aware of what’s happening in each other’s worlds matters.

It was great to see both our Melbourne and Brisbane teams taking some time out together today. Different locations, but very much one team.

You don’t need to have all the answers if someone tells you they’re not OK. Sometimes being there, listening without judgement can make a real difference.

Take care of yourselves, take care of each other, and keep checking in.

The Alpha team is wrapping up the week with a next level lunch.

Today we held our monthly team meeting, bringing together our Melbourne and Brisbane teams, both in person and remotely, for an update from each department across the business.

Our Leadership Team are across the day-to-day progress, priorities and challenges. These meetings give the wider team that same visibility, bringing everyone together on not just where we’re heading, but how we’re progressing step by step.

Our core values and focus drive everything we do, and keeping everyone informed and aligned is an important part of maintaining a great team.

There was plenty to celebrate this month, including the opening of our Brisbane branch and the strong momentum behind our wider growth and expansion plans.

And after the updates came the part everyone was really waiting for…

CEO Terry Eagle fired up the pans and cooked his famous seafood paella for the team.

A very impressive effort, and a pretty good way to finish another great monthly meeting!

Allen, our Manufacturing Team Leader, has been pumping out cushion boxes for a large customer order like a machine.

Allen gets an odd amount of satisfaction from laying down a perfect, clean caulk line. A great example of the care our manufacturing team puts into getting every piece finished properly and ready to go.

Great job, Allen.
