Four years ago, a 15-year-old boy joined the NLD crew. Today, he stands as a qualified and capable carpenter. We’ve had the privilege of watching him grow, both professionally and personally, into a respectful, polite young man who brings positivity and reliability to the team every day.

He consistently demonstrates leadership qualities and a strong commitment to doing what’s right for our clients.

Skyy treats overtime and Saturday work like it’s a personal insult. The man hears “stay back” and suddenly remembers a dentist appointment, his dogs haircut, and a long-lost cousin’s birthday, all at once. But if knocking off on time keeps him hanging around, we’ll gladly let him sprint to the car at 3:29 like it’s an Olympic sport.

We’re excited to see what the next chapter holds for him and look forward for the future.
