Before & after on this horse float rebuild by J.G Custom Engineering.
We replaced the rusted bearers with 75x50 RHS x 3mm thick steel to give it a much longer life than the previous bearers, refurbished the floor and upgraded it to a stronger, longer-lasting flooring system. Built tough and ready for many more years on the road.

Reposition hydraulic couplings/lines to suit loader grab

Removed original hooks & welded on upgraded heavy-duty hooks + stops for improved strength & durability

Loader Bucket Repairs 👨🏼‍🏭🔧🔨 floor rusted out and plenty of wear where it shouldn’t be.
The J.G. team got stuck in and:
✔️ Replaced the bucket floor
✔️ Machined external bushes on the lathe
✔️ Replaced pins & hardened inner bushes
✔️ Replaced seals
✔️ Built up & bored out the quick hitch lugs
Now it’s back to work how it should be. Ready for plenty more hours on the job.
We don’t patch things up… we fix them properly.
