It’s with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear friend and colleague, Pauly Meredith aka Le Rat or the Pirate, who passed away recently after more than 12 years as a cherished member of our company family.
Pirate was more than just an employee – he was a one-of-a-kind character, a larrikin in the best sense of the word. With his cheeky grin, and ability to make everyone laugh even on the toughest days, he brought an unmistakable spark to our workplace.
But behind the humour was someone fiercely loyal, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand. He poured his heart into everything he did, took pride in his work, and stood by his mates – both in and out of the workplace.
To Pirates family, we offer our deepest condolences and gratitude for sharing him with us for so many years. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Rest easy, mate. We’ll keep the laughs going – just as you would’ve wanted.
