As Gowers Homes continues to grow, we are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy and fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing team.
In this role, you will play an important part in both client experience and the day-to-day operations of the business, with responsibilities including:
🔹 Client liaison and communication
🔹 Managing maintenance requests and coordination
🔹 Assisting with accounts processes, including basic accounts receivable and accounts payable knowledge
🔹 Supplier coordination and management
🔹 Variation processing and administration
🔹 Supporting client selections processes
🔹 Assisting across office functions and supporting team members
🔹 Helping maintain organisation and smooth business operations
The right person will:
✅Present professionally and communicate confidently
✅Be highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
✅Be confident using a range of computer systems and able to quickly learn new software
✅Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude
✅Be adaptable, motivated, and willing to learn
✅Take pride in their work and how they represent the business
