Wheelchair access is an important consideration when it comes to accessibility for people with disability. Our access ramp enables people with wheelchairs and other mobility aids to enter or exit a building.

Amazing transformation of the bathroom in Monee Ponds.
On the day we started all the necessary precautions have been put in place to ensure health & safety. Demolition of the whole bathroom was necessary to expand and provide required floor level. With new fixtures, selected by our client, we add a certain charm and style.

Another Marcon Contractors signature custom build😄 - 𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 - done and dusted for another happy customer.

After installing insulated plaster ceiling we divided the garage with the sliding barn door, to create storage space.
To maximize the entrance we installed twin double barn door on the both sides of the room. Satin black outer steel frame, looks stunning and will definitely add that "𝐖𝐎𝐖" factor!😀

A renovation is an investment, which is why we believe in high quality, timeless design that will look great and be a joy to use for years to come.

Our recent project was all about designing a laundry space as a functional, stylish and clever work space,
that saves you hours of boring housework.

Here are some before and after photos to show how we created more storage and bench space

We had to prepare laundry space, by removing all equipment and cabinets for new plumbing and electrical layout.
Incorporating some simple ideas like wall drain pipe, new joinery, recessed power points, new stone bench top with undermount sink, slide-out bin, floating shelf with LED led strip lights and new modern tailing, into your laundry design has the potential to increase functionality and can decrease the amount of time you spend cleaning and organizing the laundry space itself.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔 𝘁𝗼 𝗭! - 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱@𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗮

Marcon Contractors have been awarded a project building a clinic for a well known customer.
They do consider us to be an ideal candidate to design, organize, and modify an empty warehouse to a clinic!

We got the keys to an empty warehouse and the dream team completed the clinic to the last detail in 7 weeks.

Once the wiring and plumbing have been installed we started to build a steel framework and wall partitions to construct ceilings and interior walls which we soundproofed.
The office space began to take shape.

Within 7 weeks we managed to completed the reception room, all offices spaces, toilets and a small kitchen area.
In the end we also helped with the move so that clinic could commence operations as planned.

With our extensive experience, we are able to design and build the best pergola for you!

We can provide a aesthetic pergola structure that is built as a separate entity in your garden, or attached to your house.

In this particular project, you can see that the pergola is attached to the roof of the house. In fact you can see two different designs (gable roof and flat roof)

This job was for one of our dearest friends.

As you can see on the pictures this build has an enormous amount of storage for an organized work/leisure van.
We designed a box unit with the drawer system that fits in the van and is also easily removable when needed. Our design is composed of:

- slide out bed base that sits on top of two seats in the wan
- two drawer system
- fridge slide
- fridge opening
- grey black Marine Carpeted externals
- removable side wing kit which means that you can
easily access the space under it

The project successfully completed within the two and a half week time frame and clinic was able to move in and commence operations as planned!

The new overlay carpet flooring in the reception room created a modern and eye-catching coluor pattern, while the new painted walls gave the space a new life creating a sleek and welcoming venue.

Our work also included installing shelves and paint job in other areas in the clinic.
Also a complete transformation of the small kitchen, new pluming for the toilet area, new vinyl… and much more!

Marcon Contractors are pleased to present one of our recent project that is our pride and joy.

Our client had a request for a new working space in the existing retail area.

We have built a fully enclosed aluminum/glass service room which prevents acoustic and visual distractions from other co-workers. Our design of an service office, works great with the rest of existing phone retail business office. As the part of the work we also provided air conditioning and electrical installation.
