Specializing is Heavy transport, earthmoving and civil equipment, but we also do air conditioning, basic fabrication and metal repairs, hydraulics and much more.

🔧 VOLVO D16 – BACK ON THE ROAD 🔧

This Volvo D16 came in with some serious internal damage after dropping a valve, which resulted in a cracked liner and bent connecting rod.

Repairs included:

New cylinder head
New connecting rod
New liner
New piston
Bearing roll

All repaired, reassembled, checked over and the truck is now back out the door and earning its keep. 💪

Vibration in your trailer? That will do it

This vehicle came in with a noticeable driveline vibration. Inspection found loose wheel nuts had allowed the wheel to move on the hub, causing damage around the rims, hubs and studs.

Wheel-end love for the freight truck 🔧🚛

A bit of wheel-end maintenance underway in the workshop.

With the truck up on the INCA mobile column hoists, we’re using wheel stands to safely remove the wheels one hub at a time while everything stays at a comfortable working height.

Makes heavy wheel-end work cleaner, safer and a whole lot easier on the back.

CAT C15 ACERT – Dropped Liner & Blown Head Gasket

This C15 ACERT came in with combustion sealing issues. After stripping it down, we found a dropped liner had blown the head gasket.

A failure like this can lead to coolant loss, overheating and bigger engine damage if not repaired properly.

Now it’s onto measuring, assessing and getting it repaired right.
