MINILYA BRIDGE ROADHOUSE
(1hr from Carnarvon, Coral Bay, 1.5hr Exmouth)
The time has come as our A-Team are heading off in January to continue their adventures so we are looking for their replacements.
START: Late December - Early January
Job Type: 1 x ROADHOUSE ALLROUNDER
Duties:
*Making Coffee *Operate Console and serve customers *Stocking lshelves, Fridges, Freezers *Rotating Stock, *Cooking Roadhouse style food, including steaks, fish, chips, sandwiches, burgers, *Cleaning ablution blocks *Housekeeping *Maintain a high level of customer service *Observing and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
*Other duties as required
* minimum 30hrs per week
* Morning shift (open shop)
* Afternoon shift (close shop)
* Monday to Sunday rotational roster
* Public holidays
* Weekend availability
* 2 days off per week
MUST HAVE: Barista Skills, Light Cooking Skills, Meal Prep Skills, Time Management, Customer Service Skills and good English

We are seeking happy 😊 vibrant 🌸 staff members with EXPERIENCE in similar environment. Someone who loves to cook, WANTS TO WORK, able to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS without getting offended, be able to MULTI-TASK, work quickly, independently and as a team player ⭐️must have time management skills 🙏
We are a very busy high volume truck stop, café/restaurant, fast paced, high traffic hotspot for tourists / locals during high season April-October, low season is quiet November- March.

At the end of the day, we want a down to earth, easy going, staff member with great references.
Must pass a drug and alcohol test
Applicants must understand our remote location and be able to cope living in a remote area. We are 150kms from Carnarvon, 90kms from Coral Bay and 170kms from Exmouth
