WE'RE HIRING!

SCANOR; a multi-service provider to the highways sector, is on the hunt for a few new members to join the team. We have secured continual works with a few major electrical providers and require a senior (EXPERIENCED!). The traffic controller will ensure the smooth logging on/off ROLs, liaising with the site and ensuring a high standard of compliance/Health and safety.

TRAFFIC CONTROLLER

In this role, you MUST have:
1. A MINIMUM of 3 years experience. Some of our works are on high-risk assets (intersections); you need to know what you're doing!
2. A FULL (Manual) Driving License.
3. A MINIMUM of Implement TC Ticket.
4. Construction White Card.

It would be great if you ALSO have:
1. PWZ TC Ticket.
2. First Aid trained.
3. Workers on Foot card (either way, this will be part of your induction)

All workers will be required to pass a D&A test.

Operative - Trainee Leading Hand

SCANOR; a multi-level service provider to the highways industry, is on the lookout for a few new team members!

Are you a motivated person who wants a clear path to progress? A CLEAR and simple path to increase earnings? Has the ability to pick up new skills and keen to learn? In time, want to lead a team? Do you have construction/Roadworks experience (Min 3 years)

If this sounds like you, then we have the perfect job!

We are looking to expand our operational team over the next 12 months, we are looking for the first of those people! We want to train you in the various areas of our work so that within 3 months, you are Proficient enough to go out and cover some simple tasks with your own team. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! So don't think you need to come with ALL the knowledge, but common sense and an ability to listen and learn are absolutely essential!

So what's the 'MUST HAVE':
1. Construction white card.
2. Driving license (ability to drive manuals too!)
3. Previous construction/Roadworks experience.
4. A maturity level that sees the VALUE in working safely and completing the required documents - ability to complete documents as required (Site check lists etc)
5. Willing to work night shift (a LOT of our works are nights), but some day shifts work too..... It's just the roads industry way..........

We would be really keen to talk to you if:
1. You have previous experience in Loop Cutting or Road saw experience.
2. Previous line marking experience.
3. Electrical experience.

The most important thing is attitude; somebody who wants to get on, learn and grow with the team.

This job is located in Minto 256. Our pay rates are fully above award rates. We have a very flexible approach.
