A new chapter for JMB Modular Buildings.

We’re excited to announce the delivery of our new modular display home.

From factory floor to final installation, this project showcases what’s possible when design, manufacturing and construction are brought together through a highly controlled modular process.

Built at our AMC1 advanced manufacturing facility in Victoria, the home demonstrates our approach to Design for Manufacture & Assembly, repeatability, quality and efficient delivery.

Seeing the home finished on site is a great milestone for our team—but more importantly, it demonstrates the capability we are building for the future of housing.

This is modular construction moving beyond the traditional perception of “transportable buildings” and towards a more scalable, sophisticated manufacturing model.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project from concept to reality—our team, project partners and suppliers.

One home completed. A much bigger manufacturing capability taking shape.

We’re looking forward to showing you more of what we’re building.

What a special project this one was! Two x one bedroom self contained modules used as holiday accomodation located down near the ocean. It’s not surprising that they are extremely popular!
Oh and did I mention that’s it up for an award 🥇
