Vital Build is a proudly run family business with years of experience servicing all area of Melbourne. Vital Build is a professional building company run by Registered Building Practitioners Frank and Tim Lo Presti. Frank has been in the industry for over 30 years and after all those years has built up a fantastic reputation as a fastidious and professional builder. Over this time Frank has built

up an excellent working relationship with many of the best tradespeople and suppliers in the industry. He has passed on the role of lead builder to his son Tim who has been in the industry for almost 15 years, he has a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Tim is extremely honest and approachable and runs each project as if it was his own home. Vital Build has access to the finest trades people in the business whom in which share the same passion and desire for perfection as Vital Build do, which in turn delivers a quality home with the finest finishes possible. Each trade has been carefully sourced over time by Frank and Tim to create one of the most driven and honest teams in the business.
