While it may not be as expensive as other options on the market, this system definitely performs as required.

Each individual fertigation channel (4 in total , plus acid for pH buffer) is independently controlled by an iFert module, which is essentially a “mini brain” to control the injection rate based on user input of % (ppm).

Important to always install your water meter so they are full of water when operating and have the required length of straight pipe before and after. In this case, we are pumping up a hill so our meter should always operate full of water.

Here we are in the beautiful Derwent Valley, building a Valley Irrigation fixed pivot. This client was one of several to receive our Agfest 2023 special - receive a free ICON10 panel for any pivot sold at Agfest 2023.

This machine will remove the need for several soft hose runs and fits the paddock perfectly.

Here are some photos from our man Dan of the beginning of a 1.5km Mainline for a 14ha Vineyard extension in the states south.
This project will contain a new pump station and filter station, PE mainline and PVC Sub-mains and was completely designed in-house!
It will be controlled via the Existing MAIT Industries control system.

Another beautiful day in the coal valley, and another perfect spot for a new Valley 4 Wheel E-Z Tow Pivot.

With Valley’s solid construction, American built gearboxes and proven reliability, it’s easy to see why this is a brand we can be proud to stand beside.

This client asked us to configure his new machine so we could turn off sections or all of the last span and overhang, and both end guns, individually as it went over a section of paddock, but didn’t need VRI - all controlled through the ICON10 panel.

We recently completed a pump shed upgrade in the states south this week.
The client had an existing pump and VSD, but the pipework coming into the pump and out of the pump was a little small and had seen a few seasons.

By upgrading the suction pipework, we are reducing the friction loss into the pump, which helps the pump perform better as well as reduce cavitation.
By increasing and reworking the pump discharge pipework, we are removing old connections not in use, increasing the lifetime of the system (removing old Galvanized pipework) and minimizing friction loss.
All of this, in turn, means the pump can operate more efficiently and doesn’t have to work as hard to maintain its required pressure which, because there is a VSD, can save this client money in power costings.

We will also be adding in a Radio system for valve control, which can be operated via a smart device or computer, which will also save this client an hour each day traveling to and from site to operate valves.

The ICON 5 is a great panel for application such as dairies, with its soft-touch buttons and a fully functioning 5” touch screen, you are given the flexibility to operate the panel, without getting mud or dirt on the screen.

The ICON 10 operates exactly the same way, however it replaces the 5” screen and soft-touch buttons with a larger, 10” touch screen, making it easier to see, operate and program.

Both panels come ready for Valley’s 365 remote control and monitoring app.

Today Liam added the final touch to the valve hurdle in a 4ha Cherry Orchard extension.

The client completed most of the work themselves, including laying the poly mainline, sub main and connecting the riser tails for the drip tube.

All we had to do (apart from the design and supply - yes, we design in house!) was connect the new mainline to the existing pump station, join the mainline pipe together and build the valve hurdle.

A great way to save some costs in winter when you may have “spare labour”
