What You’ll Do:
• Be the Skipper of Fun and Safety, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment for all guests.
• Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, maintenance checks, and guest flow.
• Dive in to solve problems, handle incidents professionally, and keep the good times rolling.
• Keep the park looking its best, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:
• A natural leader with strong communication and people skills 🎤.
• Experience in supervision, customer service, or the tourism/hospitality industry.
• A cool-headed problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments 💡.
• An eye for safety and attention to detail (Lifeguard certification is a bonus!).
• First Aid & CPR training is a must
• Availability to work weekends, school holidays, and during peak seasons and be able to work up to 38 hours per week
