Another awesome review.......Hello Justin and Andrea, l would like to leave a review about Justin and crew.......

We were blown away by Justin and his crew. Three words, EFFICIENT, SMART and QUICK. They turned up at the agreed time of 7am on the dot. Immediately set up and worked so efficiently together, did a beautiful job, cleaned up and were finished by 2pm. Replaced two walls and windows and stripped out the ensuite walls. WOW! This was something we expected to last a few days. Justin is an absolute genius in his field, we would highly recommend him and his team to anyone wanting
perfection.

From the moment I spoke to Andrea from JMAR Constructions (Solar City Eco Homes), I was impressed with her courtesy and politeness and especially her honesty.

Andrea made an appointment with me to come to my house with her husband Justin. Justin is an extremely switched on builder and when I said. "Nobody has ever said that to me before." I knew he had solved my problem immediately.

Justin arrived on time with his workers. They were extremely efficient and helpful and also timely. They told me everything that I needed to know and updated me regularly.

Just delighted and happy with their work. I cannot praise and thank them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend JMAR Constructions (Solar City Eco Homess) to anyone.

This 7.5 star energy efficient townhouse will start to evolve over the next few months. It's an exciting journey for a young new home owner who has waited for 12 months for us to start. The current building market has been tough on builders and clients alike. Delays, material shortages, COVID illnesses and lockdowns all taking their toll on the industry. We now proceed on our jobs with a much more flexible and lengthy timeframe.....it's not by choice, but just how it is. We look forward to watching this home take shape.

This alfresco with spotted gum deck was just finished yesterday.

An ensuite awaiting the shower screen, the alfresco deck nearing completion, as the painters continue the mammoth painting task. The excitement is building for our clients.

4th year apprentice Jake is really getting good at decks. This one is spotted gum and there's a total of 1.5 Kms getting installed along the front verandah and alfresco.

A quick tidy up of the grounds after the slab pour for this 7.5 star townhouse. Now the slab will cure for a few weeks before the frame goes up.

The decking stumps were concreted in today and the electrician started fit off.

The guys at work today - welcome to the team Jordan. He worked on the deck subfloor today whilst Jake was cutting stumps. I found Justin jotting measurements down on a piece of timber😂. Any builders wife will be familiar with the trusty timber notepad that comes home....not to mention the array of screws and sawdust we find in pockets 😬. That being said, they guys do work hard at their trade and this home is looking amazing!!
