• LET’S TALK • Humans are social animals - we crave connection.
As we spend more time in our homes, cut off from family and friends in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19, the lack of physical contact and interaction can be mentally challenging. Add to that potential financial stresses, people living alone, or those who already suffer from illness or other health concerns. It’s a tough time.
But just because we’re physically distant from each other doesn’t mean we can’t still be emotionally close. Maintaining regular human connection is more important than ever as we navigate these difficult times.
Check in with and check on loved ones or colleagues. People that are elderly or who may be feeling vulnerable and alone - this can be a really good way to feel more connected and create more of a sense of community.
Think of this time not as social distancing but as physical distancing. We may be physically apart but we need to stay socially and emotionally connected.

HEALTH AND SAFETY UPDATE • The team trades has been reviewing and updating their Health and Safety procedures in this rapidly changing time amidst the threat of COVID-19.
We remain open and available for works including those that pose a safety risk to our customers as well as providing breakdown services and necessary works for customers such as farmers and primary producers.

It is particularly important to maintain the social distance requirements from our staff to ensure the wellbeing of our team and their families, and all of those around us.

The team have also implemented the following to help fight community contamination and keep our small business trading:

Strictly adhering to social distancing standards;

Daily change/washing of uniforms;

Washing hands, sanitizing between jobs/work sites etc;

Travelling in separate vehicles to ensure adherence to social distancing requirements;

Cleaning and sanitizing of tools and equipment between jobs/work sites and at the end of the day.

TRADE UPDATE • Please note that our trades team will still be out and about, providing electrical, refrigeration, maintenance and breakdown services as required.
We will be exercising the required social distancing and hygiene measures, and should be able to do this with relative ease given the nature of our work.
