We’re a family-owned business based in Morwell, proudly delivering expert mechanical labour, maintenance, construction, and labour-hire services in Victoria with a vision to go Australia wide. Our crew includes top-notch Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, and Rigger Scaffolders who bring skill, dedication, and pride to every project.

💡 Mech-Tech was born from Jarrod’s vision, shaped by over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Fitter. Having worked across industries like gas, water, mining, offshore, and more, Jarrod saw firsthand where things could be done better—especially around safety, quality, and communication. With a passion for high standards and a knack for solving tough problems, he set out to build a business that values people, performance, and thinking outside the box.
😄 If you’ve ever worked with Jarrod, you’ll know he’s the loudest guy on site—with a laugh you can hear from a mile away. Despite running an amazing crew and keeping things running smoothly, he’s always up for a joke and a good laugh.
