Yesterday as we finished putting our last bin for the 2023 crushing season through the milling train we blew our whistle to signify the end of the 2023 crush.
The whistle was set to blow for 127 seconds, the number of years our beautiful old mill has been operating for. What an awesome send off for the 2023 season.

Proud of all the hard work that has gone into making sure we get through and with the last whistle blowing for 127 seconds representing the 127 years the mill has been operating was a great way to end the season. πŸ””πŸ””πŸ””

We thank all the employees, growers and suppliers for their ongoing support this year.
