Liam started as a bricklayer. Spent years learning how materials behave, how structures sit, how the ground underneath affects everything above it.

Then he moved into concreting. That grounding in the craft knowing the material before he ever poured one is what close to two decades on site actually looks like.

Aidan and Liam's family has been in earthmoving for three generations.
That kind of background doesn't just show up in the way you operate a machine. It shows up in how you read a site, how you problem-solve when something unexpected comes up, and how you talk to a builder when the ground isn't what the plans said it would be.

There's no shortcut to that.

When we get a site plan, there are a handful of things we look at straight away. Not all of them are obvious, and missin...

When we get a site plan, there are a handful of things we look at straight away. Not all of them are obvious, and missing any of them early can cause problems on site later. 👇

📐 Contour lines. These tell us how much cut and fill is involved. A block that looks flat on paper can have significant level changes across it. The contours determine how much material moves and what equipment the job needs.

🚜 Site access. Where can equipment get on and off the block? Where does the tipper sit when we are loading? Tight or restricted access affects timing, machine selection, and how we sequence the work.

🏠 Finished floor levels. The FFL tells us where the slab needs to end up. We work back from there to figure out subgrade depth, fill requirements, and compaction targets. Getting this wrong early costs everyone time.

⚡ Services and setbacks. Where are the existing services running? What are the setbacks from boundaries? Both affect where we can dig, how we access certain areas, and what we need to protect on site.

Send us the plans early. The earlier we can look at a site plan, the better we can price and schedule the job.
