PX1- Manual Barra Kits.
With just about a year of heavy testing completed. We are now ready to release a couple of kits locally for Brisbane only customers.
For those waiting. This is the final stage pre release, once these are up and running we will go into production of manual kits to suit Ranger Barra, using the patrol 5 speed box.

ZF6 6HP26 transmission differences.

We have seen some people buying the incorrect patrol transfer case adapter kits of late (not ours) and not understanding why it doesn’t work on their territory transmission.
Hopefully this video helps people understand why a AWD territory and a 2wd kit are 2 completely different things.

8HP - HF1A Transfer case adapter.
Super slim.
At only 21mm thick, these adapters we believe are the thinnest in the global market. The Adapters are machined from 6061 billet Aluminium right in here in Brisbane Australia 💪.
The design has minimised case rotation to allow shaft clearance, and the lowest drop possible.
Kits will include a new 43 Spline input shafts to suit the HF1A transfer with PTO gear.
The input shaft is hardened and surface ground making them extremely durable.

Mounting options are still in the final stages, and likely to be fully adjustable.

In this prototype stages we are currently looking for a couple more testers to work with preferably local, if your doing a 8HP custom install hit us up.

New adapter prototype near complete.
Territory ZF6 - Ranger PX Transfer case.

Although these are not really suited to a Ranger conversions due to the length of the adapter. These will be aimed on a Ranger transfer case being used in a left hand front differential application such as F150, Navara, Colorado ect. .
