Mass Constructions was started in 2007 to provide a superior service to clients from the design phase right through to the construction of their extension or renovations.

Here we will come up with a basic plan to suit your requirements and that will compliment your home. We then move onto Working Drawings which will give full dimensions and elevations of your home. At this stage we provide you with other reports that may be required for the building permit such as Town Planning, Engineering, Soil Test, Energy Report, BAL report. Once these reports are done we are ready to give you a competitive quote for your extension or renovation. Mass Constructions only uses qualified tradesmen, they work with in Mass Constructions strict quality guide lines. The time period for construction depends on size, complexity of the job but in general a ground floor extension will take approx 3-6 months and a second storey extension 5-8 months. Upon completion we are not satisfied until you are. We will quality check throughout the job before completion so once we are ready to handover there wont be anything further to complete.
