Final stage of our Norwich Park subdivision saw roadworks completed today. There was a hive of activity with the Naralilla team plus plumbers, electricians, painters and civil contractors working together to get jobs completed. Our final stage comprises 9 blocks with one sold and two moving to contract. Get in quick before they are all sold. Concrete poured today for 2 units providing short term accommodation for the disabled in Sturt Street. Both units will be fully wheel chair accessible with ensuite and kitchen with drop down bench. Construction will comply with AS-1428.1 design for access and mobility, new building work. In conjuction with the owner we aim to bring a completed project that will fill a void in Mount Gambier and provide quality self contained accomodation for the disabled.

Trusses lifted and placed today at 6 Norwich Place. Our subdivision is growing daily with earthworks on stage 3 happening in the background. Thanks to Williams Cranes for the lift and the Naralilla team for a great 2 day effort to turn a concrete slab into a home that our client can walk through and envisage a future life.

Stage 3 and final stage of our Norwich Park development has just commenced, with sewer and water connected over the next week. Formation of roadworks to follow shortly after. Completion of roadworks and pavement sealing is scheduled for end of June. Titles to be issued in Jul/Aug. We wish the both of them all the best for their future together. Home comprises 4 bed, 2 bath, separate lounge room plus open plan kitchen, dining and living area overlooking Alfesco and expansive back yard.
