Our 3-bedroom tree change project in Central Victoria is really taking shape. At this point, the plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete, and the exterior’s coming together with wall cladding, roofing, windows, doors, and eaves all in place.

❄️🍂🍁 As the seasons change, keeping our homes warm becomes a priority. Our clients in Maldon made thoughtful design choices to stay comfortable through winter.

Their home’s solar passive design features large north-facing windows that welcome the winter sun, with heat absorbed by Rammed Earth walls and a polished concrete floor. This warmth is then gradually released, naturally regulating indoor temperature. For extra coziness, hydronic in-slab heating provides consistent warmth throughout the colder months.
