"I am extremely happy and satisfied with Omega Solar and Batteries for the installation of a new solar system (19.74kW system), battery storage (Tesla Powerwall 3), and electrical circuit to connect to a pool heater at our property.
From start to finish everything went fantastic. Here is a breakdown of how it went for me:
Peter was my first point of contact. Peter is very knowledgeable and experienced in solar systems and he always keeps updated with the latest in solar technology. He was very approachable and never felt that he was pushy to get a solar system from them. I can tell that the Omega team always want to provide the best solution to their clients. Peter is the reason I went ahead with Omega.
I have contacted several other solar installers (almost 10!) to get prices and see what is in the market for solar installers. It most of the cases, the other solar installing companies sent a junior estimator to do the pricing or they were just a front company that subcontracted the installation work.
With Omega I was very pleased to know that they do not subcontract any of their work, and all the installation and paperwork is done in-house.
Greg was the installer and owner of Omega. He was also very approachable and made sure everything was installed properly. I am very grateful for him and his team that nothing was too difficult and they always had a Can-Do attitude with all the installation work done at my place. Thank you Greg and your team.
And lastly is Narina. She is at the back office and made all the coordination of paperwork and scheduling go seamless.
Attached are the before and after aerial photos of my property. I also attached a screenshot of energy production at my place. The solar panels produce enough electricity to charge the Tesla Powerwall 3, power the house with all A/C units turned on and supply electricity to the pool heater.
I basically now have free electricity!!!"
