Wright Way Civil Group is currently working on the Singleton Bypass project in NSW, supporting the delivery of critical drainage works as part of this major infrastructure upgrade.
This important project will ease congestion, improve safety, and support more efficient travel through the Hunter region for years to come.
We’re proud to contribute to infrastructure that makes a real difference for the Singleton community and beyond.
Delivering Progress on the Singleton Bypass!
We’re delivering the Singleton Bypass in New South Wales Australia, to improve how communities and freight move through the Hunter.
Our teams are helping reduce congestion, strengthen safety and create long-term regional benefits.
Major construction has progressed across the eight‑kilometre alignment.
When complete, the bypass will divert around 15,000 vehicles a day from Singleton’s town centre, supporting smoother and safer travel for locals, visitors and interstate motorists.
Check out what we’ve achieved already:
- The six bridges are near completion, supported by 435 girders, 207 piles, 161 concrete columns and 78 completed bridge decks.
- Earthworks have placed roughly 563,000 cubic metres of material, and pavement construction is progressing across the corridor.
- Two bridges opened in 2025 to allow haulage vehicles to move material along the project corridor instead of passing through Singleton’s CBD, reducing impacts on local streets.
We’re currently working on drainage installation, pavement works, noise wall installation, pavement works, utility relocations, interchange works and landscaping as the project moves towards completion.
We are proud to deliver an infrastructure solution that will improve the New England Highway, support regional growth and enhance daily travel for the Singleton community.
